GoJoy is an experience marketplace in Batumi, Georgia. The website gojoy.ge is operated by a company doing business in Georgia ("GoJoy", "we").

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Voucher Terms form a single set of documents. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail unless otherwise stated.

The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer: by placing and paying for an order on the website or by any other action confirming agreement with the terms.

Buyer — the person who places an order and pays for a certificate or experience.

Recipient / Holder — the person for whom the gift is intended and who activates the voucher.

Provider (partner) — an independent company that directly delivers the experience.

Certificate / voucher — an electronic or printed document confirming the holder's right of claim to receive an experience (service) from a GoJoy partner up to the stated nominal value. It is a closed-loop voucher for the gojoy.ge catalogue only — not electronic money, a bank card, or an open prepaid instrument.

Gift box — a set of up to 5 experiences; payment is based on the highest price among selected items; the recipient activates one experience from the set.

Nominal value — the maximum price of an experience available under the certificate or gift box.

Activation — choosing a specific experience and arranging booking via /redeem or with GoJoy support.

GoJoy provides an informational and agency platform: we sell the right of claim to receive an experience from a partner selected at activation.

Payment for a certificate, gift box, or direct purchase acquires that right of claim (or the right to book the selected experience). It is not a bank deposit, stored-value wallet, or open-loop gift card redeemable outside gojoy.ge.

GoJoy is not the organiser of the experience and does not replace the provider when the service is delivered. The partner is responsible for safety and quality under applicable Georgian law.

Catalogue, descriptions, photos, and prices are published on the website and may be updated without prior notice.

Orders are placed on gojoy.ge. All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) unless stated otherwise.

Funds are paid to the merchant of record — IE OLEH MUKOVOZ. Partners do not take card payments from end customers via gojoy.ge.

Payment is processed through payment partners (including TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia). GoJoy does not store full card details.

An order is confirmed after successful payment and confirmation email. Bank or payment-system fees may be withheld on refunds per bank rules.

The buyer must provide accurate contact details. GoJoy is not liable for consequences of an incorrect email or phone number.

Electronic certificates are sent by email after payment (or on a scheduled date if delayed gift delivery is selected).

Physical gift boxes and courier delivery in Batumi are available under the terms on /delivery. Delivery times are agreed at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage to a physical box during delivery passes to the recipient upon handover by the courier, unless Georgian law provides otherwise.

Standard certificate validity is 6 months from purchase unless the voucher or order states otherwise.

Before expiry, the holder must activate the voucher at gojoy.ge/redeem and choose an experience. After expiry the voucher is void unless Georgian law requires otherwise.

Date and time are agreed with the partner through GoJoy manually after activation. Availability on a specific day is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling is possible if GoJoy is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and the partner agrees.

Before activation and booking, the holder may choose an experience from the GoJoy catalogue costing up to the certificate nominal value inclusive.

If the chosen experience costs more than the nominal value, the holder pays the difference under the rules shown at exchange.

If the chosen experience costs less than the nominal value, the unused portion of the nominal is not refunded in cash, credited as a bonus, or transferred to another certificate.

For gift boxes, the recipient chooses one experience from the box or another experience costing up to the box nominal — per the Voucher Terms.

Certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by Georgian law and the Refund Policy.

GoJoy does not guarantee that a specific partner or experience will remain available in the catalogue. The assortment may change.

If a chosen or purchased experience becomes unavailable (the partner ends cooperation, the listing is removed, or a confirmed booking is cancelled by the partner), GoJoy will offer an equivalent replacement, an exchange for another experience within the nominal value, or a refund — under the Refund Policy.

For gift boxes, an unavailable experience is removed from the set; the recipient chooses another experience within the box nominal. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued under the Refund Policy.

GoJoy uses reasonable efforts to keep site information accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Partners set participation rules (age, health, equipment, etc.). Buyers and holders must comply with partner requirements.

GoJoy's aggregate liability to the buyer is limited to the amount paid for the order, unless mandatory Georgian law provides otherwise.

Georgian law applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in a competent court in Georgia.
