Voucher Terms

Voucher / certificate — a unique code and PIN confirming the right to an experience within the nominal value.

Nominal value — maximum experience price under the voucher (for gift boxes — the highest-priced experience in the set at purchase).

Activation — entering the code at gojoy.ge/redeem and choosing an experience from the catalogue.

Standard validity is 6 months from purchase unless the order confirmation states otherwise.

The expiry date appears in the purchase email and activation flow. After expiry the voucher is invalid unless Georgian law provides otherwise.

Only the holder who knows the code and PIN may activate. Do not share the code with third parties.

After activation, GoJoy agrees date and time with the partner and confirms booking by email or phone.

Until booking is confirmed, the experience is not considered delivered.

Before activation, the holder may choose an experience costing up to the voucher nominal value inclusive.

If the new experience costs more than the nominal value — pay the difference per instructions at gojoy.ge/redeem or via support.

If the new experience costs less than the nominal value, the difference between nominal and experience price is not compensated: no cash refund, no bonus credit, and no transfer to other vouchers.

Gift box: recipient chooses one experience from the box or from the catalogue up to the box nominal (manual exchange via support if the choice was not in the box).

A voucher is not electronic money, a security, or a payment instrument.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash except as stated in the Refund Policy and Georgian law.

Any unused portion of the nominal when a cheaper experience is selected is considered used and is not compensable.

Valid only for experiences listed on gojoy.ge at activation.

GoJoy does not guarantee ongoing availability of a specific partner or experience. If the chosen option is unavailable, the nominal value remains for replacement, exchange, or refund under the Refund Policy.

GoJoy may block a voucher if fraud, code leak, or forgery is suspected.

GoJoy is not liable for loss of code or PIN after delivery to buyer or recipient.

If a code is compromised, contact [email protected] immediately — we will try to block the voucher before activation.
