Birthday gifts for a colleague up to 300 GEL in Batumi

Agree on an appropriate scale

Before collecting money, check workplace gift rules and decide who the greeting will come from. Do not raise the amount simply because of the recipient’s seniority or treat a contribution as evidence of commitment. Participation should be voluntary, with individual amounts kept private. For a personal gift, consider whether its value might create awkwardness in your working relationship. You need not spend the full 300 GEL.

Compare what matters to the recipient

A larger budget cannot replace understanding someone’s interests. Compare content, experience level, duration and language. Check whether the price is for one participant or a package, how many people are covered and which essential costs remain separate. Avoid selecting the highest-priced option simply to make the birthday feel significant. Clear scope and suitable conditions are more useful than an impressive name.

Leave personal arrangements in their hands

Keep the presentation separate from performance feedback, work promises or a compulsory speech. Pass on practical visit details and relevant restrictions privately. Let the recipient arrange a date and any companion within the selected terms, without team pressure. Check that public congratulations would be welcome before planning them; a significant gesture can still be quiet and respectful.
